BUONDI BEACH TALKS
BEACH TALKS
Draft Flow Design led the visual identity and communication materials for Buondi Beach Talks, a Buondi-promoted event featuring big-wave surfer Garrett McNamara that brought together surf culture, mental health, and social inclusion. Our scope covered an introductory video, event posters, and flyers, designed to work across both digital and physical touchpoints.(more about the event in Nestle Media website)
The Goal
The brief was to give a wellness-focused surf event a visual identity strong enough to travel across four beach locations, digital channels, and print, while staying true to Buondi's core message of resilience and connection. The design needed to feel energetic and coastal, without losing the seriousness of the conversations the event was built around.
The Result
The campaign ran across four Portuguese beaches, Ericeira, Santa Cruz, Peniche, and Matosinhos, combining live talks, surf sessions, and sunset events under one consistent visual system. The final result was a cohesive and impactful visual ecosystem that boosted the event's visibility across digital and physical channels, reinforced the core message of resilience and well-being, and strengthened Buondi's positioning as a brand committed to social purpose. The project was also featured on Nestle's official media page, extending the campaign's reach beyond the events themselves.
